Under the regional guidance of RMO Mr. Zeeshan Arif and the municipal leadership of TMO Mr. Rahman Sher, with ToR Mr. Usman Ali (Shad o Abad) and team members Farman Ullah, Zakir Safi and Salar Khan, TMA Takht Bhai advanced a practical programme of digital revenue management, operational support and citizen facilitation.

TMA Takht Bhai records the July 2025 initiative as a pioneering milestone among the province's TMAs, bringing Water & Shops digitization, e-Billing, e-Challan, SignBoard services, digital records and online citizen access into one evolving municipal platform.

The digital-services inauguration on 23 July 2025 was led by Tehsil Nazim Hafiz Muhammad Saeed. The launch recognized the combined efforts of RMO Zeeshan Arif, TMO Rahman Sher, TOR Usman Ali Shad, AR Danish Abad / Danish Center 1920 and the supporting municipal team in moving practical revenue services toward digital delivery.

Regional Municipal Officer Mr. Zeeshan Arif provided regional guidance and institutional encouragement for the programme, working with TMO Mr. Rahman Sher and the TMA team to turn the digital-services plan into an operational municipal initiative.

TMO Mr. Rahman Sher led the local implementation of the July 2025 digital-services programme, including e-Billing, e-Challan, Water and Shops digitization, improved revenue records and the move toward online citizen dashboards and service access.

About TMA Takht Bhai Digital Transformation

TMA Takht Bhai is building citizen-centric municipal services around accessible records, accountable workflows, transparent revenue management and role-based online access. The programme is being supported voluntarily by Danish Center - DC Mardan 1920 in collaboration with the Regulations, Finance and operational teams.

During the July 2025 launch period, the programme reflected the then provincial administration’s emphasis on paperless and progressively cashless governance under then-Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. This is shown as a historical 2025 reference; current provincial office-holders may differ.
